Vino Consorzio Chianti Classico - The Chianti Classico Connection - May 2021

As the UK emerged from lockdown and restrictions started to ease, we organised the London Chianti Classico Connection event, held simultaneously with other markets around the world such as New York, Tokyo and on home territory in Florence – there was a video to connect the events. 

This was the first large-scale trade and press event to be held in London post-lockdown and each attendee had their own separate tasting station in order to maintain social distancing.  Participants ordered which samples they wished to taste via an App and the set of samples was served to them by a sommelier at their individual table.  A great opportunity to taste the latest vintages from Chianti Classico in a safe and controlled environment.
