Consorzio Vino Chianti Classico - Centenary Party. June 2024

To celebrate the Consorzio Chianti Classico’s Centenary in real style and make it a stand-out event in the UK wine trade calendar, we organised a unique event at the iconic Italian restaurant, Theo Randall at The Intercontinental. The evening was indeed memorable, much elevated over the classic walk-around producer tastings, yet still allowed 34 different producers to show their wines to key members of the UK trade and press. A walk-around tasting (which included rare older vintages), was followed by a glamorous party, with specially designed Tuscan food to accompany the wines of Chianti Classico, a chef cooking demonstration and music.
